Tips: Work Slowly, Watch for dirty hands, use opportunity to clean headliner and roof panel well, helps to have assistance when removing and installing the track assembly.

Tools: 7,10,12mm socket, size 20 torx, medium sized phillips screwdriver

1. Disconnect Battery
2. Remove interior light / sunroof switch assembly. (consult Owners Manual)
3. Remove Headliner. Starting from the rear, remove shelves & rear trim pieces. Remove coat hook, loosen A frame trim piece above door. Remove Sunroof interior molding. Slide headliner out one side at a time (ie: left then right).
4. Remove Sunroof Motor - 2 phillips head screws
5. Remove Sunroof track assembly with roof panel - 10 10mm bolts
6. Remove interior trim panel from sunroof panel - push down on levers with flathead screwdriver, slide panel out the back.
7. Remember position of Torx bolts and guides. - Remove roof panel - 4 size 20 torx bolts
8. Remove end caps on rail assemblies
9. Slide roof assembly pieces out the back of the tracks
10. Clean tracks (toothbrush and citrus degreaser works well)
11. Re-grease tracks (I used white lithium grease) do not be stingy
12. Re-assemble roof assembly pieces using new rear pieces (updated)
13. Install roof panel to track assembly - lightly tighten torx bolts
14. Install roof assembly into car (use all 10 bolts and tighten to simulate finished product) - Adjust roof height - Tighten torx bolts - remove roof assembly
15. Install interior sunroof panel
16. Install sunroof assembly - tighten all bolts
17. Install motor - Test by using the emergency closure screw
18. Install headliner - watch for the wires in the front
19. Install trim pieces and light / switch panel - opposite of removal
20. Reconnect negative on battery
21. Start...open...drive...and enjoy!!!!!

My replacement was a success, and these steps were developed without the use of a Bently, so the descriptions of the pieces may not be correct. Your results may differ...yayaya..
