Paint: Nite Shades by VHT (about $15.00 Cdn)
Available at most aftermarket Tuners.
- Remove the Rear Tail Lights (3 nuts on each unit)
- Clean and Degrease the units.. ensure to get dirt/wax from
inside small letters.
- Shake the can of paint WELL
- ALWAYS hold the can 14-16 inches from the Lights when spraying
- FIRST COAT - Mist the lenses only wait 30 minutes for paint to
setup
- SECOND/THIRD/FOURTH COAT - Spray paint until entire surface is shiny
Be careful not to let can stay in one spot. It will run very easily.
NOTES: Paint is very thin, and will dry darker than it looks. It also
runs very easily, so many light coats are better than fewer dark coats.
Paint takes about 30-45 minutes to set up before next coat can be
applied.
One can of paint will blacken all tail lights, and both front side markers.
